Contract to hire is very quick but hired full time could take a while. I’d say about a month but depends on the need
Three months 3 to 4 phone interviews 2 to 3 conference calls with four or more people to live interviews face-to-face and also a behavioral test little to do with skill
Quick hiring process

This is a very long process, when I first came into Philips I think this was about 4-6 weeks. But after working there I realized I was on the faster track. I've seen the process take 3+ months even when the hiring manager wanted to hire someone. As well there are hiring freezes for various reasons at any given time. Even for internal candidates the process is slow and drawn out and often times little to no feedback is given positive or negative.
