Qualifying questions are asked during an initial conversation. During an interview, unique x-factor qualifying questions are asked, getting to know the applicant and their background. Answered October 27, 2020Not being adequately trained and expected to do the job anyways. If you haven't ever worked for home health before, don't do it now (especially as a nurse). Documentation is very different and they don't have the necessities or employees to be able to train you efficiently.
