Good Benefits/Lack of Leadership/Gossip/Lack of Accountability

Daily tasks are not difficult but not prepared through training to succeed. Expected to “hit the ground running” and when failing, there is little to no support. Teams have a very singular focused attitude and only help when convenient. Was paid lower than what was advertised despite credentials and degrees. Excellent Learning Opportunity

Phoenix House CA has been a great experience overall. There has been a few bumps, but that is to be expected with a start up program. Upper management has been very supportive. HR used to be great, but there have been a lot of changes in the department and now interactions with them feel punitive and micromanaging- best to avoid whenever possible.
