Rough work environment when you are there to fix a bad team
DISTRICT MANAGER (Former Employee) – Sacramento, CA – April 19, 2018
Phyle Inventory services can be a great place to work, but this would depend on your location and what is needed from you at that location. From the location I was in, there were so many problems that there was not enough time in the day and night to fix them. I would like to say I worked a healthy amount of hours, but this is far from true. During the busy season, I worked 70-100 hours a week for 2-3 weeks. I learned and utilized many ways to become efficient, but due to the number of problems that needed to be fixed, there were so many issues that required attention, that the best option was to delay most issues to another day. Also, with all the problems accumulating during the busy season, the not-so-busy season ends up requiring, a minimum, 50-80 hours a week.
low pay for hours worked, software learning curve, too many problems
