I am currently an employee with PCHHC and have been here since 2018. Many people want to find their "work home" and I truly believe this is the place for me! Management is supportive, they have a nurse educator to assist with orientation and is a Go-To for any questions. That is a huge benefit here!

The leadership at this company is honest, true, and reasonable. This job entails working with the elderly, therefore compassion, experience, and patience is essential. The management role models these characteristics perfectly. If you are looking for a fun, flexible, working environment with people who truly care about their clients and employees, Physicians Choice is the employer for you. A person get's their assignment and goes to the home and assist the patients in their ADL and whatever else the patient might need. The culture of the office was okay.

the nurse on staff and office support are excellent. I couldn't have asked to work with a better group of people! We care for people who become practically family. the love and care that is provided by this company for the patients as well as the employees can not be beat/
