It seems great, especially when they send you to Chicago for orientation. Paid travel and hotel, meals.. once you get settled in it's a different story. PIC as a company isn't bad. The mentality of some of the staff is what is frustrating. Drama, cut-throat, double standards, staff being rude to each other and patients.. it's not worth it.

Answered

At first it was great. This being while I was distracted by learning the routine of a new company. Once I saw the bigger picture and working with other staff, I saw their true colors. The job is enjoyable. The company isn't bad. The coworkers and their attitudes towards the job, other staff, and patients makes me embarrassed to be working here.

Answered

Do not work here!!! I cannot believe this place is accredited. The staff is not qualified. I’m sorry. Training a PCC to be a medical assistant and not certified to draw blood and give injections!!! I was mortified to hear this!!! How is that legal?
Also beware, the staff will throw you under the bus anytime. And don’t ever tell a coworker you applied somewhere else because it will get to manager and you’ll get fired!!!! IT IS A FACT!!!!
IF YOU ARE A TRUE CERTIFIED MA DO NO WORK HERE!!!! WORK FOR A REAL DRS OFFICE OR HOSPITAL!!!!!
