favorite people got the best leads, which turned into bonus for them while many agents failed to have leads.
This was unfair to the others. This is why there was always a turn over with agents. The products are good.
I would recommend this company to anyone. They train there employee and go out on appointments with new agents. leads are good and have been able to set appointments

The atmosphere in office positive, encouraging, educational. The hardest part of job is its sales. If you don't sell a product, you don't get paid. The most enjoyable part of the job is the ability to breakdown complicated matters and being able to simplify for customers and provide Amazing products that will give people peace.

This was a straight commissioned sales job. No base salary. Very financially conservative company with A+ ratings. The lead program in many instances was the Indianapolis phone book. X-date leads and "hot leads" were few and far between. A lot of cold calls. The best job I ever had and most days the worst. A great job for an ultra aggressive closer.
