They have plenty of offices and facilities,that they will always have openings. With, having so much, gives them the upper hand on their employees compensation and can control everything, regarding employees they control days off and when you take your vacation. Never enough help compensated when someone was out. But very controlling of time off. Think, if so controlling they would have everything covered for the patients coming in for therapy. Nope it was all about the money.

PTO - paid time off falls on every type of day off from work ...sick, holidays, vacation. You gain based on your hours you put in but, never allowed to just picks dates to take off very har d to use the time. They had strict rules for that.

Worked 9-10 days always overworked and under paid. Even Saturday sometimes 6 days a week.
