Good place to work
I enjoy working here so far. It is a busy call center. It is interesting though. The supervisors seem to care about you. The compensation could be better:
Production Worker in Stockton, CA

Despite the heavy labor and the dangers that often come with the job, the management will be the thing that makes or breaks you. Heavens forbid you even try to report any discrepancies as management will ignore them unless higher ups chew their behinds on it. If you're not on their good side, any kind of positive work ethic and performance you could bring is tossed out the window when they paint a target on your back and find any excuse to cut you lose. Wouldn't recommend to anybody or at the very least not the Stockton location.
Assistant Store Manager in Arlington, WA
on May 12, 2021
Production is numbers-driven and those numbers are paramount. If the crew falls short, regardless of the reason/s, then working weekends is 100% mandatory. This happens much more often than not so job work/life balance is negatively impacted. Production crew members are poorly trained (no structured or formal training- watch a video and now you're expected to be an expert), overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid. Morale is extremely low and the turn-around rate of employees is terribly high. There were at least six "quits" in my 7 months at the store in Arlington. Call-outs are the norm so being understaffed is expected almost daily. Management is dismal, with regional and district managers dictating day-to-day facility operations by micromanaging the on-site manager. Nothing is ever good enough for the regional manager and employee welfare is disregarded. NEVER APPLY HERE, FOR ANY POSITION, WHATSOEVER. IT IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

It was a good company i just couldn’t do it forever. U had a good time there. The managers and coworkers were great. They were always understanding in emergency situations

It is a job but the stress levels are always high. Great people some inconsistencies that are very frustrating especially with management. Have problems getting ahold of people with hr

Interview Questions

-Have you had a job that you worked outside for 90%+ each shift? -What is your level if car knowledge? -Are you familiar with power tools? -Have you worked with/driven any heavy equipment? Are you okay with working in the heat, and committing to early hours so as to avoid as much of the heat as possible? My interview was pretty short and sweet. The "car knowledge" question is mostly to find out if you can at least identify different car parts, not necessarily how good you are at working on them...if you can identify parts, you're golden 👍🏼
