I would have to say it’s according to where you apply. There is a local hospital in the 30263 area where job seekers from a certain field that apply there, are not hired. Most are not even interviewed. Why? The main one over the hiring will call their current/former employer and ask if they like them. Hey... might be a good idea... until it is where the employee has never had a bad evaul, meets all the requirements, and has great references. The problem lies in the fact that said hiring lady’s buddies simply do not like the hopeful applicant and would rather keep them there at their current job then be honest about then being a great employee “I just don’t like them” and letting the move on. Hard to believe ? I can give many examples.
