I had a group interview. My group was a set of 15 people, interviewing for two different stores at once. Many questions that are typically asked, were asked and then a few more creative ones. We also had to act out with one another and sell an object to the other person. Overall, the experience was a good one.

The hour are so few, that the stores have a high Associate turnover rate. It makes the customers unhappy to learn that the employee they learned the name of & made a great connection with "Just last week" won't be back to work for another 6 days because the associate is only allowed to work 12 hours a week.
It makes the employee feel like they are consistently letting their customers down.
