As a stacker in the cut-up department, I can say the job is very simple yet boring. Being young, the job doesn't stress my body too much after adapting to the routine. Although, you do pretty much stand all day if that's an issue. The long hours also kill with a skewed sense of when to leave since it varies day-to-day. Personally it's a good job to make quick money as long as you're consistent and don't mind repetitive work.

It's unbearable stank

The whole place sucks the pay is low but the want you to break your back for it. 1st gets to go home if the chicken trucks aren't there but 2nd shift has to stay all night. The place smells so bad it gets in your clothes and soon as you know it you can smell it every where you go.

Great place to grow

Poor work life balance at times but overall great place to ve and advance in your career. Great communication from management and hr. Could use more pay and better benefits for hourly employees. .

Decent job

As long as you learn and try your best show up for work everyday then you will be golden. But if you are lazy don't show up for work or have bad attendance then nobody in management will hear anything that you have to say.
