Hello - I think you may have the wrong company, because we don't operate in Illinois, we don't have volunteers, and I'm not sure what a self-care outlet is... ?

We have Paid Time Off, so it's vacation and sick time combined. I think new employees start with 3 weeks, then go up to 6 weeks if they're here for 10 years.

Phone interview, basically just chatting about resume and scheduling an in person interview. 1st in person interview was with Regional. Super easy to talk to and pretty standard questions. 2nd was FaceTime with President since they are based in Arizona and have properties in Seattle. Typical questions as well and not intimidating as I'd thought it'd be!

It depends on your position. Maintenance is more on call so usually gets a bigger discount (40%) whereas Leasing/Management is less (20-30%).
