Pillar Logistics is a pretty good company to work for, I feel like the leadership listened to my input and we worked as a team. We did our best to ensure the client and customers were happy.

Unfortunately Unprofessional for their Industry

Considering they job type and location I was really anticipating some fun and more enjoyable moments in the facility as a whole, but my entire experience has been nothing short of dilapidated misery

What is the best part of working at the company?My buddies, we were a crew of 3 supporting 5 deliver/install crews. Plus I liked driving the Clamp Trucks.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Getting the crews out with the correct items for their manifests What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fun, stressful and rewarding What is a typical day like for you at the company?Everyday was a challenge because we were a contract logistics for Costco

Pillar is Killer!

No complaints, amazing work life balance, great pay, decent benefits. Very helpful and friendly upper management. The company takes care of you if you take care of it. 0 complaints in short time I’ve been with company. I would recommend working here to any and all my logistics, supply chain, transportation friends in business or to anyone not in industry, come on, come all and join our family. You’ll love it!

The sky is the limit

My experience with this company has been nothing short of extremely rewarding. Executives all the way to the CEO are easily accessible, everyone is very accommodating, and you can go as far as the limits you set for yourself. there are countless of great success stories around me.

Horrible place to work. Management is horrible. Office people is so immature and toxic. Human resource is so disrespectful and don’t care to help out or find solutions. And said to me “THIS IS AMERICA OK FOLLOW CHAIN OF COMMAND”

I was misled. They can sell you a bunch of lies. Watch out.

They sounded great when I was interviewing but once on the job it was a different story. No one stays here longer than 9 months. It's a dead end job.

Run fast as **ll

I would not recommend Pillar Logistics because the company does not care about you having a personal life at all they just want their business ran. There is no one you can reach out to at all for concerns or issues that’s going on within the facility. The corporate office does not care how management treats the employees. Management is always right is their model. They even let others within the corporate office talk and email unprofessional things you know shouldn’t be said in work place environment.
