The interviewer left out details about the position I was going to be working in and those details caused me to be unable to do the job I was hired to do, so they transferred me to a different department two weeks after hire. Then because of that I ended up switching managers 4 times in less then six months because fluctuating management. It's hard to be successful in a situation lie that.

Phone interview went great with the female recruiter, but it turns out she left out a lot of negative information that screwed me. She was putting me in for positions and shifts that weren't even available in the first place.Reading the descriptions, telling me the pay for each shift, and getting me all excited to learn the next morning that i wasn't even being considered from an email from the pillpack team, not her?!?!? I was over qualified for the positions and only lived a mile away from the locations, and they still turned me down. Even after she told me they were looking to fill many positions and shifts. 2 days this process was so i know it was all a mistake on the recruiters part. Believe me, i was very professional and the recruiter loved our conversion, she even told me lol I told her everything she wanted to hear. 12 hours after the recruiter got me all excited for what seemed like a really great job, that i was most likely going to land, i got an email saying i'm not being considered and good luck. My resume shows what i've accomplished and i'm OVER QUALIFIED. She then latter replied to my email saying all the opposite things of what she told me in the interview, like its hard to get to second round and we have a lot of people applying. That's not what she told me in the phone interview. She said to come to our open house today to try and land a job! why have a job fair if you have a ton of qualified canadates applying all the time? like me!!?? I'm extremely confused, upset, and feel my time and excitement were wasted as i wanted this even before all the exciting details she told me, not to mention i gave all my info out and talked about myself to this stranger for no reason. I will never apply to them again as they are very unorganized and unprofessional. Not to mention have only been around for a few years and have young kids running there locations. I should of known! I've interview with many companies and never experienced as many mess-ups as with this company. I've received so many job offers from HOSPITALS, so i KNOW its not me. TOTAL WASTE OF EVERYTHING, AND THEY CALLED ME!!! Beware! This was a real recruiter for PillPack, it was not a fake phone interview, i looked into it.
