I was interviewed by the TCGM. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. basically just spoke about the Flying J its history and it that current location what they were right that we prefer our customers to be called guest and our drivers to be called professional drivers. To treat everyone with the utmost respect basically common courtesy respect and great customer service and not only that he's just very much about having a clean store extremely the shower and bathroom areas.
