One in dallas Tx sucks one week you might have 40 hrs next week you might have 20 basiclly whenever they want you to work they don't care about your personal time Depends on mang.

I love my job at Pilot J but the hours are not enough and the schedule are hard for me to adjust to. I've always worked one schedule,working different hours are difficult for me.

Unpredictable. You may work until 11pm and have to be back in at 6 the following morning. There's no "set" shift...You could work all three shifts in the same week. Management needs better scheduling skills.

Its a easy job at times , but it does get busy. The pay is sad . They dn't want to give overtime.you got people dn't want to their job . you have to pick up after their slack...
