During the pool season work will be very busy with many customers needing attention. Most customers don't know much about pools so an employee will encounter many repeated questions so patience is a must. Workplace culture depends on the owner of the franchise, i recently went through a change of ownership and still getting used to the changes they want to put in place. Although Pinch-a-Penny corporate does seem to care a lot about their franchises, owner/CEO does yearly store checks. Pay is nothing to live off of this place is more of an "in the mean time" type of job.

Over worked underpaid, the woman running this store will demean you as a human being instead of being a leader she will put down her associates to make herself feel better and more powerful.
