Behavioral Health Associate in Fayetteville, AR

Must be paying attention at all times. The kids are destructive and are constantly rewarded despite breaking things, fighting, hurting staff, etc. On good days, the kids are great and you can’t wait to be back the next day. On bad days, you will consider quitting half a dozen times because of the lack of consequences the kids receive. Overall, not great but not my worst job.

I was there for 3 years and in this past year things have gotten downhill. Some of the supervisors are so rude make the employees feel less than. So many employees keep leaving.

I Literally can go on and on and on abut this job and how it sucks so much! Management is poor and the whole facility is nasty! This is a horrible and stressful place to work.

Wouldn't work here if I knew what I know now needed the job so that's the only reason for the position rotating door for staff and administration so you have to deal with new people all the time
