Your employees are very unhappy. Your current management should he replaced or you should get more involved and actually observe how your floor supervisory staff treats your dealers.Very poor.As a former pit boss at Harrahs and showboat proper management is what keeps players coming back.

Separate Table Games and Slots. It is imperative that each department has its own Managers to be able to pay attention to even the smallest things like scheduling, team member relations, policy/procedure changes, guest relations and basic operations on the floor. You cant pay attention to Slots if youre in the pit, hotel, security, etc most of the shift.

Every CEO has a vision it is their job to help you understand what it is and how your job can help get to that vision as a team. Being positive is way better then being negative. Try it. All problems or issues come to surface.

Need to clean house. Your old staff needs to get rid of the old ways. They only hire family and black ball good people that want to work. Your staff in gaming have bad attitudes. Managers are too scared to do their jobs because a family member is the one who has a member in HR that hires. It’s a very unfair environment to work at if you can do your job.
