Warehouse Agent (Current Employee) – Rockford, IL – February 2, 2019
This could be a really good job. However, mamagement is horrible, constantly yelling at their employees. Advancement is highly unlikely. There are no scheduled breaks.!! It's extremely unorganized. Not a career just a job. Turn over is high!

Being in the cargo industry no day is ever the same. One day volume can be low and you're completing tasks ahead of schedule. Next day could be high volumes and your cutting it close on completion times.

Fast passed Able to move up fast Policies and procedures are not followed culture of the company is not enforced buy management, nepotism, payroll always messes up your check long long long hours, extreme cold and extreme heat great co-workers, good pay rate for work!
room for growth
management constantly breaking rules, no self control, cut throat, unfair
it was a nightmare working there a the end. It like people really didnt care about the job they work on. No good management people getting there buddy's in certain supervisors positions. favortiism most of all.
In my case the one where I worked for had this manager who for some reason never liked me and always picked on me which led me to be one of the ones to be terminated during peak season. Other than that the place is super fun to work for and you always have something to do.
Pay, work environment, co-workers, a lot of overtime
CDL Driver Class A (Former Employee) – North Kingstown, RI – January 3, 2019
not a bad company to work for. good hours and pay. not overly worked, good pace job. one of the best jobs ive had. I enjoyed it here. met some really cool people, worked as a team. wasn't overly stressed all the time. until the end when they were moving out of state.
This site is so unprofessional. If you arent sleeping with someone in management or kissing up your job is no where near secure. At the drop of a hat they will call for ot even if it 15 minutes before you get off and will penalize you if you cant stay. Management is lazy and has no idea of how to do their jobs. When its time to change schedules they will pick it for you without asking your availability. If you were full-time they will change your shift to part-time if it suits them. I wouldnt recommend this job to anyone who has common sense
It was no consideration of me going to a family funeral and getting sick from having to only being accessible to use outside portal potties. Only the inside warehouse bathroom was to be used by shift managers only. Only friends and transferred co- workers from other airline jobs were promoted fast because of constant favortisement.
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Allentown, PA – November 6, 2018
The work place is very ghetto their so called "trainer" was very very unprofessional especially the manager of the admin department. So so unprofessional lied about shifts and other things . Favoritism most definitely and the communication was horrible. Overall just a bad experience in admin.
Ghetto, unprofessional, lack of communication, favoritism.
Administration Assistant (Former Employee) – North Kingstown, RI – October 29, 2018
Working at Pinnacle is a fast paste and friendly environment with good 8 hours for full timers. Great management when there's less work and on peak season it may get a little crazy but management is ok.
Warehouse Lead/Supervisor (Former Employee) – North Kingstown, RI – September 12, 2018
The management team was a joke they picked favorites and didn't hold everyone to the same standards drug use among a select few. When things were reported to cooperate nothing was done about it and the people that reported it paid dearly.
