The pay is OK, but the hours are long
Working second shift leaves little time before or after work to get much done at home. Recent changes in upper management has led to micromanagement in almost every area of the plant. A severe lack of knowledge about the specifics of how some of the jobs are done has led to unreasonable rules that hamper the effectiveness and contentment of the workers. There is a high turnover rate with little respect for the experience of those who have been there for years.

Work all the hours you want if you want the benefit are not that bad if you can go to work and be on time you will be ok they do have a point system you have to go by mrg will work with you long as you are giving it a 100%

Great Place to Work
This is a great place to work. When every company was shutting down for COVID we were still working overtime. The starting pay is decent but they have a training in place that allows you to make more money without having to wait for an annual review.

The most incompetent managment in Indianapolis
I will start by saying if your looking for long term employment or a career this is not the place. Favoritism is off the charts some guys can call in every other week, be late whenever they feel like it and still get raises and no punishment. While other guys get suspended 3-5 days if their seconds late a couple time.They will do everything in their power to not give you raises. They start by put your reviews off for several months until the day you make the smallest mistake then suddenly they'll have your review ready the next day and say they cant give you any raise at all. Yep they take away a raise that was due 2-3 months earlier for a mistake that happens months later. Managment has no experience the only experience they have is what they've gained at pinnacle. They dont even know the basic terminology that anybody that's worked in manufacturing should know.know

Down to earth place to work
Got caught in a management change in my department and unfortunately my length of service may have not been a positive factor. I had the best customers and had a fantastic rapport with them as well as our sales team. It started as a very small family business and is growing into larger.
