Glad I am no longer working here because of the vindictiveness of this office. They would constantly do the bare minimum especially to get over on the new people as well as be unprofessional with patients on the phone. They would try to find negativity in everything you do so that they could present it to the manager to build up evidence to get you fired so anyone reading a job post or even considering working here please do not because people walk on eggshells, get fired continuously for no real reason especially over mistakes and not have been here for even over a month....please everybody makes mistakes even after being on a job for more than 30 years especially if your business is constantly changing. There are no clear rules and training until your reprimanded. This place is way beyond petty and has such a high turnover and when I say high turnover there is always a post for the same positions opening up every couple of months example the Call Center and Check In/Check Out. When I walked into this office and people kept asking me would I come back the next day after hearing about how the company and managers treated employees and ran off other people from after being there for just a day I should have listened to my gut. There is always going to be petty people wherever you go but what you go through at this place is uncall for. Those that want a pleasant place to work with excellent training, great team, and being rewarded for your hard work, this is not the company for you.
