Chaos rules changed daily & no support , more you worked the more work you were assigned with little appreciation & lots of chaos & no one taking responsibility; bad example for cluents

My personal experience as an employee of this company has been very positive. I have seen an upswing in employee appreciation and engagement (company wide) over the last two years.

This is a very bad place to work at. The supervisors are bullies, they treat there staff like scrap. The ED doesn't care about what happened to the clients at all. All they want is the money. The ED will talk good two your face but in mean time be talking about you behind your back. The ED will hold up for any wrong doing that goes around the work place.

It's awful. It's all about the money for administration! It is not about helping the sick & suffering addict, or even the employees. What happened to "do no harm"??
