They reward hard work, promote internally, are open to employee input and AMAZING benefits including PERA. They also have fun events and food for the employees. My favorite place that I have ever worked!

They expect you to meet insane goals and give you a huge workload. Getting promoted is next to impossible. The person above me has been with the company for over 20 years. This job made me feel emotionally drained and depressed.

Everyone cares each other, tons of potentials for your job. Human oriented. The only downside, there are al lot of change and you may need to adapt constantly.

I was actually a part of the Apprenticeship program that they developed and it was experience that would be irreplaceable. Pinnacol was an amazing place. The place was very open and the people I know there were very helpful when I worked there.

Pinnacol is a great company to work for. They have generous benefits and paid time off. Pinnacol lets employees volunteer a certain amount of hours a year during work hours.
