Suited for local drivers. They really watch hours, so 70 a week is tops. Don’t bother volunteering for a dispatch on your days off, they won’t call. New tractors, ancient vac trailers. Mechanic is prompt in yard and in field. Housing available in 5 bedroom trailer 10 miles from yard with bunk beds. Fortunately there were no more than 5 of us. Sometimes you sit a long time on location on standby, other times you keep rolling the whole shift

There are a lot of opportunities here if you are willing to work to get them. Overall, this is a great place to be. Everyone is willing to help in anyway possible.

Pinnergy has been improving in different fields, this company really cares about its employees and their benefits, good relation with customers and really concerned about growing and developing a stretch relationships with them,The equipment provided by Company is in very good condition trucks in excellent condition, job is whatever the oil field dictates but, even though you still getting paid if you are on stand by waiting for dispatch other companies don't do that. Safety is the rule to keep up with the demands of customers.

Not many. I had more questions for them. Very confusing on what I was actually being hired for. Don’t believe the promises about advancing and regular pay raises.
