To the CEO of Pinstack, you should visit at least once every two month just to get the feel of what is REALLY going on. There is favoritism withing the company, where people should be fired based on their work ethic, yet a manager favors them, they will not fire them. We need better managers, managers who really care about their job and their Employees, because without us, the company is not okay. It is just a misfortune and unfortunate to see a great supervisor be hired into the company, and the manager who was supposed to train them, failed to do so.

They do not care for their workers . Favoritism is a big part in promotions and hours are giving to one team member out of hundreds

Never, I was told that I would get promoted after three months in training. well, 3 and a half months in, I was told that I would not be getting the promotion until a lead get promoted or quits, which will not happen for about a year or so.
