Only down side, job placements are not permanent. The company is actually based in North Carolina so unfortunately there’s no local contact. Good pay and easy hiring process.

I am a human resources coordinator at Pionear. Having worked internally within Pionear for some time I have noticed a huge change in my work ethic. I am more methodical and strategized. I have learned so much both professionally and socially within the workplace. The owners at Pionear encourage the whole team to learn, grow, and explore all horizons. I feel not only respected at work but also know my hard work never goes unnoticed. I am part of a family when working at Pionear. Amazing work life balance. Truly have found my place to settle down for a while and build a strong foundation for my future career.

Fraudulent Communication so poor it has to be deliberate. Do not respect your wishes. Never an apology for deceptive and unprofessional behaviors, which abound. Regret trying. They hype you up and then let you down.

Had a medical condition they were aware of and said was fine until the day they dropped the bomb that the 700+ people they hired had to leave immediately and clock out and the reason I didn't get considered was because they couldn't deal with that. Lied the entire time about the temporary position most likely leading to advancement for most people. The management have no idea what's going and the company has basically no benefits what so ever.
