Normal Floorhand responsibilities. They talk being high on safety, but on site can be a different story. Sometimes the cowboy mentality is necessary. pioneer drilling in my opinion is one of the best companies to work for in the industry. the culture of pioneer is work safe and live safe. the hardest part of the job was always being away from your family.
