Company has a lot of loyal employees that already left and that says a lot about it.
No room for growth - your starting pay is all that you get. Benefits is minimal to none.
This company has so much potential but structure is not good, they hire when they need to then don't give credit after surveys and state visits are done. There is also the - more... notion that if they don't like you, they don't - you will never get a better position even if you are qualified to do it just because of that.
Co- workers are really nice but bosses, no.
