Never. Most people working there for any amount of years have never received a raise and those who want one are told to "sell" management on why they should get one which usually turns into the VP demeaning them and pointing out all their flaws.

Its a six day work week and you are expected to work 10 hours M-F minimum and Saturdays, hours depending on your position. You are also expected to work most holidays.

I make sure to tell all the ridiculous and crazy stories to laugh about it. If someone wrote a script for Hollywood based on what happens there day in and day out they would get laughed out of the office for making up ridiculous situations.

Their business practices worked 30 or 40 years ago but they still behave that same way. They talk about their history and past but never discuss where things are going in the future. Their treatment of customers is just awful.

None really. Insurance is barely insurance, no vision or dental and you can't start earning vacation for 1 full year.
