The pay with this company at the Milwaukee site is bad. The employees are all underpaid and we have spoke out at various shift meetings with the Managers and through employee engagement surveys.

Pay is not all that great, every other facility out of state makes more than in G.P, and they run 3 shifts and 2nd and 3rd does not pay a shift diff. Not competitive at all
