Pitney treated the employee well. Managers are paying attentions to the employees. The complaints during the holiday seasons (peak time) sometimes could be ugly. A bit disconnected with the other function to get an appropriate answer to customers. But overall was okay for an employee.

Like the title says the benefits are amazing with great PTO options. However, the work/life balance is arguably my least favorite part of the job. I was offered a 2nd shift position from 5 pm-12 am.
