Get rid of slash drivers ether your p.d or linehaul they screw other linhaul drivers over certain ones steel loads from other linehaul drivers they get extra miles while other drivers suffer.Other issues the top 10 linehaul drivers get there 600mi nights all week while the bottom 13 get the left overs the bid sheet means nothing the worst of it when they tell you to come in for 9:00 p m but you don't leave till 12:00 am and you don't get paid unless you work the dock don't think a driver should have to work the dock when they have to drive all night that will make fatigue set in real fast when you get 50mi down the Rd especially in cold weather.if your load is ready and you clock out 1 minute late they will come down on you but they can waste your time for 2hours when your load is'nt ready pay is good when you get a good week with miles but there's no consitansy top guys get all the miles this type of stuff is why the drivers get burned out and leave.
