Let the therapists focus on being clinicians and not clinic directors. Stop looking at numbers and start looking at patient care. Educate billing department, Train front desk staff, restructure everyone. Have corporate come see clinic to see how day to day operations work.
I would check into all complaints made by a worker. My next would be to really check into how the employees are being treated. There are favorites that managers have there should be none of that. The big bosses should connect more with the little people who make them there bonuses.
