Management tries
Management tries very hard, but needs to train employees once hired. Employees can try very hard but do not see a future with the company due to lacking benefits and overwhelming lack of training. Although management may promise promotions and have you look over the information they do not follow through.

The training program is awful and unfair on the manager charged to use it and the incoming manager receiving it. Running a restaurant isn’t hard, learning to manage a restaurant the way a specific company wants it run with out all the needed tools to be successful, is. There’s no further development or training from district level leadership after training even when requested. There is little to no work life balance. Especially at the salary.

overall it was quite good money. other than that the work load and the managment need an entire make over. upper management hired their friends as GMs and had no experience running a store.

Hated every moment of the day there, didn’t even get breaks when it was a long day overall wasn’t the best fit if you are trying to pay bills i wouldn’t recommend it for a adult job honestly
Pizza Hut Team Trainer in Albuquerque, NM

Easy work but not really cared about from upper management. The onsite managers were always nice and accommodating. But the regionals that came in treated us like dirt. I had a broken window once from a customer throwing a rock at my window. And the regional manager told my manager to take me off of the schedule until I got it taken care of. That was when I knew I needed to leave.
