I just want to apply for a cook position at a specific location I was informed by the manager there is a opening & I can't fill out a application on line .. It's giving everything but a application.. Please help me fill out a application!!

Some locations require paper applications instead of online. Go into your store location and politely ask for an application. When completed, give it to a manager.
Go in and fill one out, and or give them your resume if you are serious about getting the cooking job.
You can ask the local Pizza Hut if they have paper applications as most places have gone online. Otherwise their are many different sites that the manager should know how to apply other than the standard PizzaHut.com.
You can also stop in the store and fill out an application.

Call in the store see if the manager is in today and if so ask to come in and do a interview or drop off the resume and make a note that you couldn't get in to the online resume
Go to Pizza Hut Jobs.com - Pizza Hut Is Hiring In Your Area.
Just write one out and hand it in that's what I would do anyway.
If theres no application. Give the manager a resume in person.
You can either walk in and talk to a supervisor about wanting a paper application or put any of the other positions and add in additions at the end what you want to do OR you could wait until they call and let them know.
