My GM accused me of faking my depression, I was doing everyone else's work also, so the other cook could go play with the boys in the kitchen. It's all favorites, he promoted 3 people from the same family cuz they were friends. I was head lead cook and I got demoted without any warning, the lazy girl who didnt get her job done stole my position.

As a waitress I was expected to do my duties and the managers duties. I had to close the books at the end of the day. I had to take the deposits to the bank which was up to 2,000$. Heaven forbid you have a customer complain it was too cold we had to tell them the ac was stuck on high and we couldn't move it. they have no respect for their employees OR their customers...just their wallets.

Never had breaks under my RGM, didn't respect my availability, worked me past my scheduled shift, didn't respect a doctor's note saying not to lift an exceding amount. I still haven't recovered from that condition due to the stress I was under at work there. Gossip about customers, employees and whoever they encountered that day. Better management would improve everything but the domino effect is toxic.

The pay isn't worth the amount of stuff you have to do in any position. People can't work as a team. I'm the server wo has been there the longest out of all the others and for some reason it is my job to babysit them? I work for myself not others and I applied as a server not a babysitter.

Horrible Company to work for! Constant Drama. Pay is way below average for management especially for what they have to put up with. I saw my GM work 80 hrs a week on a Salary wage! Nope, no thank you! They don't give breaks or lunches at the PH I worked at, I always allowed my employees to take 2 tens and a 30 per the labor laws. Stay away! They're not a fair/good company to work for, no matter the position.

Not enough pay. Was promised a raise and never received one. Worked there for a year at 7.25 an hour and only 4 something when I was gone on a delivery
