The owner of your location can make a huge difference in what your job is like. Policies are set by corporate, but then individual owners do what they want with those.

It had very little money for the job I was doing and some of the people there were treating me very badly. They worked hard and paid little money every day. My manager and supervisor were very nice to me.

I have worked At pizza ranch for almost a year now before I have worked at other fast food/restaurant chains and tis is more relax/laid back work Its not a bad place to work at but it will have it's moments like every job where the work will be harder, do your job correctly and decently timed and you'll do great everyone knows mistakes can happen and its a great job where you can learn and ease yourself into a first job.

The managers and most of the coworkers here are really nice and understanding, which is the reason I'm still currently working there. Pay is pretty ok because it comes with tips but people don't tip very well or often here.

I used to enjoy my job but then they fired all of our management staff and many of my coworkers. Super understaffed , they work you to death because of it. All the new managers absolutely SUCK and don’t know how to do their job! Please for your mental health, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING CAUSE THIS JOB IS NOT IT!!!
