Overall I felt productive and at times was challenged. I lost my job due to the Covid-19 virus. I think it's a good company to work for if the focus is earning a paycheck. If you are motivated by long-term career development I didn't see this company as the right choice.
● Work-life balanceIt's a great company and good people in place.● Pay & benefitsyou get health benefits day 1● OverallIt was the most rewarding job I ever had and I would have rather stayed but other reasons made resign. Great company to grow with. Hope the same people are there.

Jobs at Plains All American Pipeline
This company is great to work for as far as ethics and people, but does not compensate you for the amount of work put in. The actions that are taken to reduce cost often cause frustration due to the redundant use of quotes for items that are purchased regularly.
Plains facilities span across the United States. The corporate office in Houston is a more business casual atmosphere while the various other facilities tend to be more informal. One can work with as much supervisor oversight as they would like. People are available for support when one requests it, but it is expected that one can complete their work on their own.
Plains is a fairly conservative and traditional midstream oil company, for all the good and bad that may entail. I enjoyed their environment while I was there. No place is perfect, and I think Plains would be a great place to work for most people.
PAALP BP-PMO Department severely lacks leadership. PMO Governance is nonexistent, and IT Organization leadership is struggling to modernize the company. Business Executive leadership is clueless, does not have the vision and skills to transition the company to run efficiently. Company CEO has asked leaders to modernize and improve operational efficiencies and the leaderships are running around crazy with their heads cut off.
Enjoyed working at Plains All American. Plains All American is a publicly traded Master limited partnership in the oil pipeline transportation, marketing, and storage business in the United States, liquefied petroleum gas business with assets totaling over $22 Billion global network equipment company

The three stooges who run greeley are so into themselves that they dont care about no one but themseles
The three stooges in management and the head moron in Houston are so corrupt and into themselves that the harder you work for them the stupider they get and take credit for themselves,Houston needs to do a investigation on these 4 stories before they totally take this one great company down
