Does overnight shifts get meal break or breaks during shift?

Yes there are two overnight employees, they both get a 30 minute unpaid break in which they have to clock out, and a 15-minute paid break where they get to stay clocked in and take a break, but in the event they’re needed must come back from break and assist. In the event there is only one person working a shift alone, they’re permitted a 30-minute “working break” where they can be seated at the desk yet still attend members if they’re needed.
