There is a new CEO, culture committee, and executive leadership, so my outlook is positive. There is still room for improvement in communication and overall morale. The benefits and paid time off are decent. They have 6 weeks paid parental leave, which is great. The pay is very good for a non-profit. It can be tough working at a place with a stigma attached to it, but the people are all passionate about the mission and support each other. The wide-range of job duties is conducive to learning and development. There are opportunities for advancement in some departments, but not in others since the organization is small.
