Paint Line Operator (Former Employee) –  Monett, MOOctober 25, 2018
Good hourly rate, but long hours and you are rarely able to get time of to interact with family. mandatory overtime of 50 to 60 hours a week. it's a swinging door type of company, only on average 1 out of every 7 or 8 hires stay, and most dont make it through the first few months. Its a high stress job. the motto is just for show and even the management agree and will remind you, they ont care for you and that you are always replaceable.

PlayPower is a great place to work, they have a relax dress code. The training is a little lacking but they make sure you have what you need. The overall culture of the workplace is fun and enjoyable because it is a playground company.
