Finance Assistant (Former Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – November 27, 2017
Finance Managers for Honda are the Best! They're experienced professional's you can learn alot from. The Company CFO is very hands-on and hardworking. Packaging Department Manager is the opposite. She's incompetent, lazy, unprofessional, and unqualified to supervise. Overall working environment at Plaza is relaxed and social.
Relaxed Environment, Hour Lunches, Great Coworkers
Customer Relations Manager (Former Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – October 31, 2017
This is more of career kind of environment if you are young there are a lot of older people who complain a lot about the work but has been there 15 years or more. As long as you go in do your job and leave not taking anything personal you will do fine. Cars are very important to people so there is lot of angry customers.
Customer Service Representative/Call Center (Former Employee) – Brooklyn, NY 11210 – September 21, 2017
On a typical day I answered hundreds of Calls for the Dealership at Plaza Auto Mall. Scheduled Appointments answered qualifjtying questions about Cars and appointments. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping resolve their questions, or concerns. The hardest part was keeping all our customers happy at a very fast paced call center. It taught me speed, accuracy and hospitality skills right away.
Sales Consultant (Current Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – August 15, 2017
Management is great.. but this is my first job and getting payed commission isn't working out for me. Usually it gets long and tiring after a while.. but if you've been working with commission checks in the past 5 years this is a place for you. The most enjoyable part about this is seeing a smile on your customers face.

Receptionist (Former Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – April 25, 2017
Very uncomfortable to work around the salesmen. Always making rude innuendos and just bad business all round. It was just very inappropriate at numerous amount of times and was always over looked as just "kidding around". Many employees engaged inappropriate activities on and off the property, which are against company policy.
independent work until they need someone to blame for there service advisors mistakes

Competitive salary, fast-paced environment, but no unnecessary pressure. Great people, great team, fun to work with. Thank you, Plaza.
A good portion of freedom, as long as you do your job 100%.

Plaza Auto Mall is a great place to work. There is always room for growth. Typically my day begins at 9 AM and ends at 7 PM. Plaza is a time sensitive environment. I manage a team of finance assistants. We make sure all the sold deals make it to the bank on time for funding. The most enjoyable part of my day is troubleshooting customer issues and putting a smile on their faces.

Customer Service Representative & Office Assistant (Former Employee) – Brooklyn, NY – July 1, 2014
3 managers in the space of less than a year. high turn over rate. This place taught me a lot about customer service but that's about it. New rules at the drop of a dime, procedures change at will. Getting used to doing things one way only for a new manager to come in and change it COMPLETELY. This place is a great resume builder but lacks upward mobility.
