Plexus had very poor Team Leaders and management. Team Leader came to me only two times after meeting me after being assigned to his area.. I resigned after being on computer training for almost two weeks because there were not enough staff to train me on my actual position. Most coworkers were very nice, but have very little patience because of fast paced work environment and very limited staff. Poor turnover rate.
Bad management, fake media to promote business, floor management comes off the street and can not answer questions because they never ran the product but have big egos. They are their own worse enemy and promote quantity over quality. What really happens here is different than what the media reports. New workers see this and dont stay long. Dont bother going to HR, they are one sided and for this poor management.
Plexus is the most incredible company with passionate and encouraging leadership.

My first lead should have been fired for harassment.
Not for me but a lot of other people for things he said and did.
