You get no sick days and you are expected to show up even if its against health code, otherwise you will get a write up. You get excused if you have a doctors note. They also do not excuse any kind of special health problems that may leave you unable to show up.

Answered

More team building exercises/events. Create systems to help train employees to advance through the company.

I would like for the owner to at least acknowledge the people that are there working for you by speaking and asking how is your day going. I miserably worked there for a year and did they ever speak to any of us one time. Holiday pay would be a great asset if your going to have employees work on holidays. I sometimes worked for 9 hours and only got a 30 minute break, and you are 1 minute late from lunch they want hurry and write you up. I hate this company nothing here is alright.

Answered

For me, around $12 an hour. Should have gotten a raise with an Employee Evaluation, but they changed it way later in the year to apply for it with an app and a deadline without (barely) informings us on the matter.
