If I were in charge, I would be transparent and honest with everyone in my company. Especially, the employees as it pertained to contract rebids and the end of the contractor. And I would help those employees that lose their position to find a place in the company to the best of my ability. Instead of leaving them unemployed and uninformed regarding other avenues of employment. With talent employees, there wouldn't be a company.
