Going down the drain
Operator (Current Employee) –  Sidney, OHAugust 2, 2018
Place use to be good to work at now it just sucks. Poor management poor pay poor schedule just a lot of negatives anymore. No one wants to take action about problems no one seems to wanna work. Nothing is organized no matter what you do to help it out still gets messed up by the next day. Way to many attitudes. Use to be a cool place but it’s slowly failing like it has the two previous times.
Pros
Alot of hours
Cons
To many to list.

Horrible place all around
Accounts Payable Specialist (Current Employee) –  Cary, NCJuly 19, 2018
Everything that could be bad about a company, this place has it. Less than zero communication. Super disorganized. Run by all white men. Top management looks down on everyone else. You will never be recognized for anything. Your ideas for improvements will go nowhere. No sick time! Only 2 weeks off a year for the first 5 years. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked at in 35 years. The turnover rate is 35% in accounting alone.

Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Current Employee) –  Peachtree City, GAJuly 10, 2018
Fast paced environment. Needs more structure. Shifts do not work together to make sure production goals are met. Team work is minimal here as well. Lot of work to be done to turn this plant around.
Pros
Pay, benefits

Decent place to work, high attrition rate though hence a constant change in responsibilities. Fair culture, good work-life balance, nice location for relocating family.

Production Lead / Forklift Driver (Former Employee) –  Sacramento, CAMay 13, 2018
I would come in everyday at 4am and it was freezing cold. I would install the glass windows into the already assembled plastic frames. I also drove a forklift loading windows onto trucks.

You are just a live body filling a spot here
Quality Control Inspector (Current Employee) –  Sidney, OHMay 1, 2018
No advancement, new hires come and go quickly. No recognition for your hard work. Operations manager referred to us as " inmates running the asylum" Overtime can be at short notice some get too much while others have to beg for overtime opportunities.

Management will not acknowledge you until you do something wrong.
No raises for over a year now. If you get on here better be ready for not getting even a cost of living raise.
Pros
free lunches, sometimes.
Cons
Most management, little to no training.

Low pay for hard workers. There is no advancement. Management does not care about employees and pay is way to low. Very dangerous place to work. Not safe.

Plygem (Former Employee) –  Gaffney, SCMarch 19, 2018
It was a good job I do think it would be better if the plant had more trainers their that way the people would be able to get the job down packed and they shouldn't leave you at a hard place in by yourself.

Window muller (Former Employee) –  Rocky Mount, VAFebruary 13, 2018
Job was decent in pay, although the hours was stressful. The overtime (financially) madesign up for it. Envoirment was decent, for a factory. Rules may have been a little strick, but without them, the job would have be a fraction of this rating.
Pros
Decent breaks, decent pay, one job describtion, safety number one, and a firm believer in abba.
Cons
Long hours

QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT LEAD (Current Employee) –  Auburn, WAJanuary 30, 2018
If you have a decent job there it’s a great place. You won’t get paid well or get raises besides when they give you 30 cents every other year. It’s hard work for most but there’s some great people there. They’re handcuffed by corporate like most places.
