PMA USA has two divisions; the Consumer Marketing (CMD) & Worksite Marketing Division (CMD). The CMD does more business at the policy owner's house, so there could be some door to door prospecting there. However, most of our leads in both divisions come from referrals through existing clients. Hope this helps!

PMA provides a database of existing and terminated customers. You, as an agent, do not have to pay for a single leaf, ever. We work off friends & family referrals and neighbors. Only after you've exhausted that aspect do you need to go door-to-door. Work smarter, not harder!

Pma doesn't pay for your leads. They give you a Database to work off of. These same customers get talked to every 2-3 months by different agents trying to sell more products or thecagentvwill cancel The policy (illegal) and cost the customer thousands of dollars. It is all smoking mirrors.
