PMKBNC has many strengths and weaknesses. Because you work in the entertainment industry, it's a given that you won't be treated the best by upper management, salary is way to low for the work you and time you put in, and advancement in your career has nothing to do with the results you produce; rather, your relationship with your boss. If they like you, you will get promoted, if you don't have a "buddy buddy" relationship with your boss...good luck. You aren't dealing with a company that has ONE boss, you have about 50 bosses who have worked there for 10/20 years, who are able to treat you any way they want, and have egos the size of China and Russia...mixed together. HR is only there to help you cope, not correct the company's short-comings.
However, there ARE some wonderful people that work at PMK...mainly the junior staff. They help you get by and are always there to lend a year when you have a bad day. Also, the clients you work on are amazing and you get once in a lifetime experience working on some of the agency's accounts.
